• January 1st – March 31st: 100% refund.
• April 1st – April 30th: $25 cancellation fee per week cancelled and the remainder will be refunded.
• May 1st – May 31st: $50 cancellation fee per week cancelled and the remainder will be refunded.
• Beginning June 1st: $100 cancellation fee per week cancelled and the remainder will be refunded. You can opt for a credit for future use and the cancellation fee will be reduced to $50 per week.
• We can swap weeks if there is space available. No fees.
• Swap and cancellation requests must be made by the Wednesday prior to weekly start and partially completed sessions are not eligible.
